Giordano Graff 34 years old, Giordano Graff holds a degree in Architecture from Milan's Politecnico University. He began his professional career in 2002 with Pirelli Real Estate Franchising where he was involved in the development of the Franchising network. He, subsequently, held positions of increasing responsibility in Pirelli Real Estate's Asset Management area. Currently he is head of the Industrial Development Asset Management unit.

Andrea Francese 36 years old, Andrea Francese, holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Turin as well as a Master's Degree in territorial development from Turin's Politecnico University. After working briefly for Torino Meie Assicurazioni (today Aurora Assicurazioni), Mr. Francese began to work for Cushman & Wakefield in Milan. In the course of this experience he further strengthened his expertise in the area of appraisals and feasability studies, in particular in regard to commercial and industrial real estate. Mr. Francese has been working as an asset manager with Pirelli & C. Real Estate since 2002. As part of this role he is responsible for the management of industrial and logistics development projects. Currently, Mr. Francese coordinates the value added aspects of Fondo Spazio Industriale's development projects.

Francesco Valli 29 years old, Francesco Valli, who holds a degree in Management Engineering from Milan's Politecnico University, began her professional career in 2004 developing integrated management software for a design company. In 2006 Ms. Valli joined Pirelli Re's Investment & Asset Management Division where she currently works as an analyst in the Development Management Industrial Division.

Elena Guerrato 29 years old, Elena Guerrato holds a degree in Construction Engineering from Padua University. She began her professional career in Pirelli RE in 2005 attending the Campus Project, a developing and training project. After one year experience in Pirelli RE Credit Servicing technical office, in January 2008 she started working with the team on Fondo Spazio Industriale's development projects.
