Investor Relations Silvia Rossi 34 years old, Silvia Rossi holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Milan's Bocconi University. She began her professional career in 1996 with KPMG Corporate Finance in Milan where she was involved primarily in company valuation, as well as privatization and strategic restructuring projects in both the financial and industrial sectors. In 2000 Ms. Rossi joined Lazard & C. in Milan where she gained signficiant experience in Investment Banking through her work which involved primarily deals in Italy and abroad in the retail, real estate, aerospace & defence and general industrial sectors. Company Law Affairs Eugenia Spiezia 31 years old, Eugenia Spiezia, who holds a law degree from Naple's 'Federico II' University, began her career as an attorney with law firms in Naples and for several years worked as a research assistant in Roman Law at her alma mater. In 2002 Ms. Spiezia moved to Milan in order to attend a master's program organized by Il Sole 24ore, "Corporate Law", and began to work in RCS Mediagroup S.p.A.'s Corporate Affairs Division. After working for Vodafone in 2005, he joined the Pirelli & C. Real Estate Group's Corporate Affairs Division where he is involved in the management of the Group's vehicle companies, particularly within the Industrial sector.

Investment Legal Affairs Arrigo Bendi 28 years old, Arrigo Bendi holds a law degree and graduated cum laude from the University of Parma. He furthered his studies at Yale University. He began his professional career with the law firm d'Urso Munari Gatti where he was primarily involved in corporate law and regulated markets and where he matured significant experience in private equity M&A deals, joint ventures and structured finance, as well as capital market transactions. Mr. Bendi joined Pirelli & C. Real Estate S.p.A.'s Investment Legal Affairs Department in 2007.
