Board directors John Duggan, Roy Dantzic and Fabrizio Lauro have been appointed as members of the Fund Advisory Committee, the corporate governance body of the Spazio Industriale Fund, and it is through these representatives that the Company monitors the performance of the Fund Manager in executing the Fund's investment strategy and in its management of the Fund's investment and development properties and approves the acquisition, refurbishment, redevelopment, reconversion or disposal of individual properties or portfolios. Furthermore, the Company, acting through its Board, has rights to approve certain matters relating to the management of the Fund in its capacity as unitholder of the Fund.
